Optics was founded by John Manwell in 2002, with a vision to help executives and business owners to fulfill their purpose through increased personal effectiveness and vibrant team dynamics.

Initially based on John’s experience in blue chip organisations, Optics consists of a number of partners and associates who can bring a range of skills and diverse input to our customers.
