John specialises in one-to-one support for managers, asking powerful questions which enable fresh thinking in areas such as leadership, team and organisation dynamics, communication and personal development.
John had 21 years experience in Schlumberger and United Utilities, in senior roles in engineering, team leadership and as a General Manager before moving into Executive Mentoring and Coaching. He has wide international experience, both in business activity and as a leader of church missions in several nations.
He works with business leaders on personal, organisational and behavioural development, especially in terms of communicating, influencing, relationships and choices. He is also involved in the charitable sector as a Mentor and Advisor.
John is the Managing Director of Optics Limited, and is committed to helping illuminate and focus businesses, teams and individuals.
