Abel Landscapes is a Merseyside (Liverpool, England) based landscaping company with circa £500,000 pounds turnover per annum.

Optics has been working with Abel in their transition from a ‘start up’ to a successful and growing business with support in management tools, strategic reviews, and team growth.

Optics organised a series of coaching meetings for the Managing Director and his direct reports. These meetings included a structured approach to developing a short term strategy to equip the management team and a longer term business development strategy.

Abel Landscapes has now engaged Optics to work through to implementation of a strategic review which includes an action plan leading to training of managers, development of supporting policies and effective preparation for significant growth in the business.
